Higgins Lake provides a protected site for early
season sailing. The Saturday night party is the annual Chili Cookoff.
Bring your best pot of chili and compete for the best chili of 2007!
People not bringing chili are asked to bring a salad or a dessert.

Lake State Park SOUTH near Roscommon. Phone (517)
821-6374. 305 acres, 512 modern campsites. Picnicking
and boat launch. Wooded campground, more than one mile
of sandy beach.

DIRECTIONS: North on I-75 to
Roscommon exit. Left at stop sign at the end of exit
ramp, over overpass, right on Robinson Lake Road. Left
at County Road 100. Follow this road to signs for park
entrance.
